HOW TO BOOK
In person: Come in and book during opening hours.
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm
Saturday 10.00am to 2:30pm

together with payment and a SAE so we can
post the tickets out to you.

Payment: We accept cash, cheques (made payable to The Meeting House Arts Centre Limited) and all major credit and debit cards.
Reservations and Bookings:
All tickets must be paid for when making reservations (we accept all major credit and debit cards). Tickets can be picked up at the box office on the evening of the performance. We are unable to exchange or refund tickets that have been paid for, however tickets can be left for re-sale and will be offered once all other available tickets have been sold. There may be an administration fee levied on re-sold tickets.
Concessions:
Reductions are available for: senior citizens, students, claimants and persons with a disability. Proof of concession must be demonstrated at the time of booking and discounts cannot be applied to a ticket already purchased.
Facilities for the disabled:
There are two priority parking spaces for wheelchair users and full level access to the lower hall for performances and an adapted toilet. Guide dogs are welcome.
At present access to the Galleries and Café is only possible via steps. We are happy to make arrangements for food to be served in the lower hall, or in good weather in our outside seating area.
The Arts Centre at The Meeting House is situated in the old Unitarian Church on East Street in the centre of Ilminster.
There is limited free car parking for customers.
HALL HIRE
The Arts Centre at The Meeting House is available for hire for workshops, small conferences, parties and events for up to 100 people. The Main Hall is available in the daytime, and the Hall, Galleries and Café area are available after closing hours.
